Entries
- Register for competition with the USAG Meet Reservation System.
- Entries close on November 20, 2024, or when the meet fills.
- Scratch deadline is November 20, 2024.
- Swaps available after the scratch deadline as the schedule allows.
- All late entries and swaps not guaranteed to receive an event t-shirt.
- Payments must be received by November 20, 2024.
- There will be a limited number of entries.
- Participating gyms who register 50 or more gymnasts will receive a Participating gyms who register 50 or more gymnasts will receive a Free Apple Watch for every team with 50+ entries.!!
- After the deadline, if there is space available, there will be a $10 late fee per gymnast.
- Make all payments payable to Excalibur Gymnastics.

Scratch Deadline
All scratches due to illness or injury will be refunded. Request for refunds will be accepted until November 20, 2024. After that date we are committed to expenses and will be unable to refund any entry fees for any reason, regardless of the circumstances.
Meet Cancellation Disclaimer (for all other circumstances other than COVID-19): In the event of circumstances beyond our control, reserves the right to amend or cancel the Excalibur Cup. Should have to amend or cancel the event, no refund of your registration fee will be provided. has incurred expenses in preparation for the event. is not liable for any expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the amendment or cancellation. reserves the right to cancel any portion of the competition due to low registration.
