Participating gyms with 50 or more gymnast entries receive a free Apple Watch. All registered gymnasts receive a free event T-shirt.
Adaptive Gymnastics
HUGS & Special Olympics women and men: $110. Payment and deposit are not due until November 13, 2026. If sponsorship goals are met, no payment is required; the meet team will contact clubs if an amount is due.

How to Enter
- Reserve your spot
Club registration opens in the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System.
- Pay the deposit
A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at registration. Registration is complete when the deposit is received.
- Pay in full by the deadline
Full payment must arrive by the applicable entry deadline. Make payments payable to Excalibur Gymnastics.

Illness or injury scratches requested by the scratch deadline are refundable. Entry fees cannot be refunded after the scratch deadline. Swaps depend on the session schedule. Event T-shirts are not guaranteed for late entries or swaps.
Meet Cancellation Disclaimer
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Excalibur Gymnastics reserves the right to amend or cancel the Excalibur Cup. Should Excalibur Gymnastics have to amend or cancel the event, no refund of your registration fee will be provided. Excalibur Gymnastics has incurred expenses in preparation for the event. Excalibur Gymnastics is not liable for any expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the amendment or cancellation. Excalibur Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any portion of the competition due to low registration. If Excalibur Gymnastics cancels because of low registration, the registration will be refunded.
