Entries

  • Register for competition with the USAG Meet Reservation System
  • Entries close on October 23, 2026, or when the meet fills.
  • Scratch deadline is October 23, 2026.
  • Swaps available after the scratch deadline as the schedule allows.
  • All late entries and swaps not guaranteed to receive an event t-shirt.
  • The payments must be received by October 23, 2026 for regular registration; October 17, 2025 for Early Entry Pricing.
  • There will be a limited number of entries.
  • After the deadline, if there is space available, there will be a $10 late fee per gymnast.
  • Make all payments payable to Sports and Beyond.

Scratch Deadline

All scratches due to illness or injury will be refunded. Request for refunds will be accepted until October 23, 2026. After that date we are committed to expenses and will be unable to refund any entry fees for any reason, regardless of the circumstances.

Meet Cancellation Disclaimer:  In the event of circumstances beyond our control, reserves the right to amend or cancel the Myrtle Beach Gymnastics Cup.  Should have to amend or cancel the event, no refund of your registration fee will be provided. has incurred expenses in preparation for the event. is not liable for any expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the amendment or cancellation.
