  • Register for competition with the USAG Meet Reservation System.
  • Entries close on November 6, 2026, or when the meet fills.
  • Scratch deadline is November 6, 2026.
  • Swaps available after the scratch deadline as the schedule allows.
  • All late entries and swaps not guaranteed to receive an event t-shirt.
  • The payments must be received by November 6, 2026 for regular registration; October 31, 2025 for early registration.
  • There will be a limited number of entries.
  • After the deadline, if there is space available, there will be a $10 late fee per gymnast.
  • Make all payments to Sports and Beyond.

Foreign Club Information

Scratch Deadline

All scratches due to illness or injury will be refunded.  Requests for refunds will be accepted until November 6, 2026.  After that date we are committed to expenses and we are closing our waiting list.  For these reasons, we will be unable to refund any entry fees regardless of the circumstances.

Meet Cancellation Disclaimer:  In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Sports & Beyond reserves the right to amend or cancel the Palm Springs Gymnastics Cup.  Should Sports & Beyond have to amend or cancel the event, no refund of your registration fee will be provided. Sports & Beyond has incurred expenses in preparation for the event. Sports & Beyond is not liable for any expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the amendment or cancellation.
